Sligo Orpheus Choir is a mixed voice community choir welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds. We welcome new members and have concessionary rates for students/unwaged.
We meet every Wednesday at 6.45 in the Avalon Centre, Sligo from September to May.
We particularly need men to join our wonderful tenors and basses but all parts are welcome!
You do not need to be able to read music or have previous singing experience. Our rehearsals will help you improve your singing and we provide resources to help you learn at home.
We usually hold 2-3 performances per year and regularly organise trips to choral festivals.
